Stupid ger-erl (der da der der)
An english student has been held (now on bail) in the States because when the airport baggage checkers where handling her rucksack she said "be careful I've got 3 bombs in there". The airport staff asked her to repeat what she had said, so said it again, twice, at which piont she was cuffed and stuffed.
Airport officials, not known for their sense of humour + Americans, known for their dislike of terrorists and the fact that everything is very serious + airports on heightened state of security + stupid student = a big news story and the whole country laughing at her stupidity.
I've said it before and I'll say it again the majority of students come from posh backgrounds and can have honours degree's falling from their arses but they haven't got a grain of common sense between them.
Depending on which paper or news channel you believe, this daft student could be jailed from anywhere between 6 months and 6 years. At least she won't have to worry about top up fees then.
